If you take the Fibonacci retracement from all time high to all time low, CART is in flag at the GOLDEN POCKET look.

And if you take the FIBS from all time high to its recent low its at the .382.
and that .382 is in the middle of the GOLDEN POCKET. look

If you take all the FIB lines away it has Empty space above it and beneath it.
